This year we are offering a cheese making workshop led by our cheese maker, Sarah Hoffmann. You will learn about the art and science of cheese making and develop the skills and knowledge for making your own cheese at home.

The course is designed to cover a broad range of topics on making both fresh and aged cheeses. Enhance your knowledge of cheese by making cheeses that you can share with your family and friends.

Cost for the half day course is $125. The class is offered on two separate dates. Limited availablity per class. Pre-registration is required.
