We are thrilled to welcome Chef Laura Favela to the farm for her first Farm Table Dinner! Favela is the Executive Chef at the newly open Silo Farmhouse at the Canyon Farms Golf Club in Lenexa, KS.
We are pleased to welcome back Chef Kara Anderson for another Farm Table Dinner. As the current Head Chef at The Sundry, we can't wait to see how her agricultural and farm-to-table cooking background is represented in five amazing courses!
We are so excited for Chef Nick Martinkovic from Weston's own Noah's Cupboard to join us for his first Farm Table Dinner this year! Martinkovic pulls from his many years of cooking at restaurants across the country to build his own menu that changes weekly and sources local ingredients from around Weston.
Chef Martin Heuser, Owner and Executive Chef of Affäre returns to Green Dirt Farm for his sth appearance at our Farm Table Dinner Series. His special one-night-only meals are always unique, thoughtful, and downright delicious.
No stranger to farmhouse cuisine, Michael has built restaurants around it. This is this eighth appearance at Green Dirt Farm for the Executive Chef and owner of The Farmhouse and the new Black Sheep & Market. His farm-to-table ethos, tip-to-tail approach to cooking, and home-style restaurants are a perfect fit for our farm.
Chef Aram Reed will be visiting us again from his home base in Chicago where he specializes in private dining, cooking instruction and catering with an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients and stunning presentations thoughtfully customized for every event.
Join us in welcoming Chef Katee McLean, Owner and Executive Chef of Krokstrom Klubb, for her first Farm Table Dinner at the farm! Krokstrom Klubb is an homage to Chef Katee's family and Swedish heritage and we can't wait to see how she incorporates our lamb and cheese into her menu.
We are pleased to have Chef John Brogan of Rye join us for his second appearance at a Farm Table Dinner! We are excited to see what John will prepare for his five-course, one-night-only menu highlighting our lamb and award-winning cheese!
