Prairie Tomme Reserve is an extra long aged, extra hard, version of our award winning mountain style, sheep’s milk cheese, made with 100% sheep’s milk and aged at least 12 months. The long aging creates super rich and concentrated flavors of caramel, toasted nuts and hints of brown butter. Its rustic rind is grassy and earthy and has a wet clay aroma. Ships free!
