Get a guided look at our farm, a glimpse inside our milking parlor and a view into our cheese kitchen. And then you’ll return to our shop for a guided tasting of our cheeses! Hear the story of how we turn our flavorful milk into delicious award winning cheeses. And get all your questions about our practices and products answered. We invite you to bring a blanket and create your own cheese tasting picnic on our lawn. Or enjoy lunch or a snack from our Café after your tour!
Have a large group of 10 or more? We’d love to host your group for a special tour & tasting, or a tour & lunch at our Events barn. Email us at tours@greendirtfarm.com to schedule a weekday or weekend group tour.

IMPORTANT TOUR INFO- please read before booking!
**We are a working, grass-based, dairy and our farm is hilly and spread out. This means that at some times you may not be able to see our animals. And due to bio security and safety concerns, guests can’t interact with the sheep. Also, our tour is very heavily focused on the hows and whys of what we do and may not be ideal for children under 8 years of age.
**As a working farm, we are not well prepared for individuals with restricted mobility. Our farm is hilly and the terrain is rough with gravel paths and drives. Also guests will need to walk up a moderately steep gravel path and navigate over or around obstacles during the tour. Please wear appropriate footwear! Tours are held rain or shine, but may be canceled for severe weather.
